About us
We created Meeting Minutes to redefine how companies work— to stop wasting time on unnecessary meetings and give people back their most valuable asset: their time.
Our story
At Meeting Minutes, we didn’t just set out to build another platform. We set out to solve a problem that was affecting all of us, something deeper: the way companies manage time. In every organization we’ve worked for, one thing became painfully clear—meetings were not just necessary, they were overwhelming. Productivity was suffering, morale was dropping, and burnout became the norm.
We asked ourselves: Why? Why are we spending so much time in meetings that lead to so little?
The answer wasn’t complicated. Companies weren’t looking at meetings the way they should: as a cost. A cost not only in terms of money but also in creativity, energy, and focus. That realization became the foundation for Meeting Minutes.
From day one, we had a singular goal: to give companies the insight they need to take back control of their time. We knew we didn’t want to build yet another complicated tool. Instead, our approach was to create something easy to use, powerful, and essential—a platform that shows exactly how much time and money you’re losing to unnecessary meetings. And more importantly, gives you the tools to start cutting them down.
We designed Meeting Minutes to integrate seamlessly with Google and Microsoft, so businesses could adopt it with no friction. Because for us, it’s not about adding more complexity to your workday—it’s about giving you the right data, the right insights, and ultimately, the freedom to make the decisions that count.
